Use this session to generate output for filing 1099-MISC Income payment information to the IRS.
Output is available in paper/electronic format.
Field Information
- Company

The From and To fields define a range of: financial companies or indicate the financial company for which 1099-MISC Income payment information must be generated.
- Pay-to Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of: business partners or indicate the business partner for which 1099-MISC Income payment information must be generated.
- Tax Year

The year for which 1099-MISC Income payment data must be filed with the IRS.
- Test Filing

If this check box is selected, the corresponding corrected form indicator appears on the 1099-MISC Income output.
Use the test filing to verify that you can record the data properly.
Note: Test filing is required by the IRS before the first electronic filing for a 1099-MISC Income payer. - Last Filing

If this check box is selected, the corresponding last filing indicator appears on the 1099-MISC Income output.
Use the last filing indicator to notify the IRS that there are no further filings made by this 1099-MISC payer.
Note: Use the last filing indicator if the payer is no longer doing business with 1099-MISC payees. - Correction Run

If this check box is selected, the corresponding corrected form indicator appears on the 1099-MISC Income output.
Corrected forms are used to notify the IRS that the earlier filing is incorrect, and must be replaced with new data.
Note: Corrected forms must be used when adjustments are made to payment data after submission of the annual 1099-MISC forms with the IRS. - Print 1099 Sorted On State

If this check box is selected, the data is printed in the order of the state where the payee is located.
