Sales Invoice Cash Dates (tfcmg3110m000)
Use this session to maintain information about the sales invoices for which the payment has not been received.
You can change the cash date if:
- The due date has expired.
- The client requests for a postponement of the cash date.
Field Information
- Business Partner

Select the invoice-to business partner code.
- Extra Days

The number of days allowed either before or after the due date of the sales invoice, for payments from the business partner.
- Document

The transaction type used in the sales invoice.
- Document

The document number used to identify a sales invoice in the specified transaction type.
- Currency

The currency used in the sales invoice.
- Balance

The open invoice amount, expressed in the sales invoice currency.
- Cash Date

The date on which the open amount of the selected sales invoice must be paid.
Default value
The date calculated on the basis of the invoice due date, recorded in the Due Date field of the Purchase Invoice Entry (tfacp2600m000) session.
Add the extra days after the due date to determine the expected cash date.
