Petty Cash Receipt Transactions (tfcmg2612m000)
Use this session to view the details of the petty cash receipt and the related petty cash issue transactions that consumed the selected petty cash receipt transactions.
Note: This session can only be accessed using the button on the receipt line in the Petty Cash Receipt Transactions (tfcmg2112m000) session.

Consumptions
Refers to the Petty Cash Consumptions (tfcmg2113m000) session. On this tab, you can view the details of the petty cash issue transactions that have consumed the petty cash receipt transactions.
Field Information
- Cash Register
- The code of the bank relation to which the user is authorized. The petty cash receipt transactions are displayed for the selected bank relation.
- Currency
- The code of the currency associated with the bank relation.
- Transaction Date
- The date and time when the transaction is created for the cash register.
- Sequence No.
- The sequence number of the document on the entry date. If multiple documents are created with the same Entry Date, the sequence number is used to display the documents in the correct order, independent of the petty cash document number.
- Document
- The code of the transaction type associated with the petty cash receipt transaction document.
- Document
- The unique identification number of the petty cash receipt transaction document.
- Line
- The position number of the petty cash receipt transaction document line.
- Amount
- The cash receipt transaction amount expressed in the currency of the cash register related to the petty cash document.
- Currency
- The code of the currency in which the cash receipt amount or the total consumed amount is expressed.
- Amount Consumed
- The total amount consumed by the related cash issue transactions expressed in the currency of the cash register related to the petty cash document.
- Consumed
- Indicates whether the receipt transaction amount is fully consumed by the issue transactions.
- Rate
- The currency exchange rate applicable for the petty cash receipt transaction.
- Rate Factor
- The currency exchange rate factor applicable for the petty cash receipt transaction.
- Rate Date
- The exchange rate that is valid on the date and time of the transaction.
- Rate Type
- The exchange-rate type used to determine the currency rate for the transaction.
- Amount in Home Currency
- The total transaction amount expressed in home currency.
- Home Currency
- The code of the home currency in which the transaction amount is expressed.
