- The code of the currency that is used for the standing order payment.
- Rate Determiner

The rate determiner that is used for the standing order.
Allowed values
- Document Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created. The Document Date rate determiner applies to all types of transactions. You can manually change the rate.
The rate is updated by Invoicing when the invoice is posted.
- Manually Entered
-
You can manually enter the rate. By default, LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created. The Manually Entered rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
- Delivery Date
-
If the goods are not yet delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the order date. However, if this order date is in the past, LN uses the rate that is valid on the current date.
If the goods are delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the actual delivery date.
The Delivery Date rate determiner only applies to sales orders, service orders, and sales invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
- Receipt Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which you expect to receive the goods. The Receipt Date rate determiner only applies to purchase orders and purchase invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
- Expected Cash Date
-
LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time at which payment of the sales invoice or purchase invoice is expected.
Expected cash date = expected delivery/receipt date + payment period
The payment period is specified in the Payment Terms (tcmcs0113s000) session. The Expected Cash Date rate determiner applies to all types of transactions. You cannot manually change the rate.
The rate is updated by Invoicing when the invoice is posted.
- Fixed

You can use this rate determiner only for a dependent currency system or a single currency system. The Fixed rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rates between the transaction currency and the reference currencies, the rate is fixed. If you do not manually enter the rates, the rate is not fixed and LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Hard

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Hard rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the reporting currencies, the rates are fixed. The local currency rate is based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the reporting currencies, the rates are not fixed and LN uses the rates that are valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Local

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Local rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the local currency, the rate is fixed. The other rates are based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the local currency rate, the rate is not fixed and LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Local and Hard

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Local and Hard rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the home currencies, the rates are fixed. The local currency rate is based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the rates between the transaction currency and the home currencies, the rates are not fixed and LN uses the rates that are valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Rate
- The exchange rate used to convert the amount in the transaction currency to the home currency.
- Rate Factor
- The value by which the currency exchange rate must be divided to convert foreign currency amounts to home currency.
- Rate
- The currency exchange rate used to convert the currency.
- Transaction Amount
- The order amount is the total amount of the selected standing order, expressed in the currency defined in the Currency field.
- Amount in HC
- The total amount of the standing order expressed in home currency.
- Home Currency
- The code of the home currency in which the total order amount is expressed.
- Tax Country/Code
- The code of the tax
country of the transaction.Note: This field is enabled only if the Posting Method field is set to Advance Payment.
- Tax Code
- The tax code applicable
for the transaction.Note: This field is enabled only if the Posting Method field is set to Advance Payment.
- Group Tax Code
- If this check box is selected, the tax code used for the transaction is a group tax code.
- Classification
- The code of the classification scheme used for taxable transactions associated with the standing order.
- Classification Code
- The classification code used for taxable transactions.
- Pay-to Business Partner
- The code of the pay-to business partner associated with the standing order.
- Name
- The name of the pay-to business partner.
- Pay-to Address
- The code of the address of the pay-to business partner.
- Name
- The name of the address of the pay-to business partner.
- Buy-from Business Partner
- The code of the buy-from business partner associated with the standing order.
- Name
- The name of the buy-from business partner.
- Reference
- The reference text that appears in the standing order details.
- Variable Symbol
- The 10 digit numeric code that represents the reference to the payment information, which is to match the payment to credit, contract or payer.
- Specific Symbol
- The 10 digit numeric code that represents the classification of incoming payments.
- Constant Symbol
- The 4 digit numeric code that represents the purpose for payment.
- Tax Declaration Number
- If LN generates the standing order to pay a tax declaration, this is the tax declaration number.
- Standing Order Status

The status of the standing order.

- Budget Exception
- If this check box is selected, a
budget exception or an error is occurred in the Posting Data of Standing Orders/Stand-Alone Pmt (tfcmg1515m000) session.
To resolve the issue, you can decrease the amount, or use a different budget account by changing the ledger account and/or dimensions. If no error has occurred in this area, the budget controller must resolve the exception. In case of a setup error, the error must be corrected in the area in which it is caused.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Budget Control functionality is implemented.

- The payment method that must be linked to the standing order. You can select a payment method only if the Kind of Payment/Receipt field is other than Trade Note in the Payment/Receipt Method (tfcmg0140s000) session.
- Business Partner Bank
- The code of the bank relation of the one-time business partner specified in the One-Time Business Partner's Address (tfcmg1508m000) session.
- Account
- The bank account of the business partner.
- IBAN
- The international bank account number of the business partner.
- Reason for Payment
- The code of the reason for foreign payment, defined in the Reasons for Payment (tfcmg0130m000) session.
- Purchase Type
- The purchase type associated with the standing order.
- Additional description code
- The code of an additional description
defined in the Additional Description by Reason (tfcmg0131m000) session.Note: This field is displayed and enabled only if:
- The Reason for Foreign Payment check box is selected on the Miscellaneous tab of the CMG Parameters (tfcmg0100s000) session.
- The Use Additional Description check box is selected in the Reasons for Payment (tfcmg0130m000) session, for the reason code associated with the standing order.
- Additional Description
- The text of an additional description
defined in the Additional Description by Reason (tfcmg0131m000) session.Note: This field is displayed and enabled only if:
- The Reason for Foreign Payment check box is selected on the Miscellaneous tab of the CMG Parameters (tfcmg0100s000) session.
- The Use Additional Description check box is selected in the Reasons for Payment (tfcmg0130m000) session, for the reason code associated with the standing order.
- Cash Flow Reason
- The code of the cash flow reason of the transaction associated with the standing order.
- Single Payment
- If this check box is selected, the standing order amount is not paid in installments.
- Planned Payment Date
- The planned payment date of the
standing order. This date is used as the due date for generating payment
advice.Note: This field is enabled only if the Single Payment check box is selected.
- Amount Paid in HC
- The amount paid on standing order expressed in home currency.
- Payment Document
- The transaction type of the payment document associated with the standing order.
- Payment Document
- The serial number of the payment document associated with the standing order.
- Transaction Template
- The transaction schedule
for the standing order.
The transaction schedule determines the contra accounts and dimensions for the standing order.
This field is applicable only if the Standing Order Status field is set to Free.
- Copy Options

- Copy Payment Schedule
- If this check box is selected, the
payment schedule of the current standing order
is copied to a new order.Note: This field is applicable only in the copy mode.
- First Payment Date
- The first payment date for the new
standing order.
LN calculates the remaining payments dates on the basis of the payment schedule specified in the original order.
Example
The payment schedule of the original standing order has these payment dates:
2011-01-01, 2011-03-01, 2011-04-01.
If this payment schedule is copied, for the new order whose first payment date is 2011-03-01, LN generates these payment dates:
2011-03-01, 2011-03-29, 2011-04-30.
Note:- This field can only be accessed in copy mode.
- You can modify the standing order data only if the Standing Order Status field is set to Free.

- The dimensions for which the ledger account data must be defined.
