Posting Data of Standing Orders/Stand-Alone Pmt (tfcmg1115s000)
Use this session to maintain the posting data of the financial processing of standing orders and stand-alone payments.
If the standing order is used to pay withholding income tax, you can view, enter, or change the withholding tax details.
Field Information
- Payment Type

Select one of the payment types.
- Business Partner

Select the invoice-from business partner to whom the standing order payments are made.
- Order

Enter the number of the standing order for which you want to define posting data.
- Sequence Number

The sequence number of the order for which you want to define posting data.
- Line

The number of the order line whose values must be posted to the selected ledger account and Dimensions.
- Ledger Account

Enter the ledger account to which you must post the standing order or stand-alone payment.
- Dimensions

Enter the Dimensions.
Allowed values
- Use the dimension settings (mandatory, optional, or not used) to enter the values in this field.
- Cash Flow Reason

The cash flow reason of the transaction.
- Tax Country/Code

Enter the country where you must pay tax. The country and the tax code determines the total tax amount.
Assign a tax code to a country in the Tax Codes by Country (tcmcs0536m000) session.
- Tax Code

Enter the country using the Tax Codes by Country (tcmcs0536m000) session to process tax amount.
Note: You can only access this field if the posting method is Advance Payment in the Posting Method field of the Standing Orders (tfcmg1510m000) session. - Debit / Credit

You must select one option to indicate whether to debit or credit the amount.

The amount is credited to the account.

The total order amount defined in the Amount field of the Posting Data of Standing Orders/Stand-Alone Pmt (tfcmg1515m000) session appears as the default value. You can, however, change this default value.
The amount entered in this field is posted to the selected ledger account and dimensions.
The amount is expressed in the currency of the standing order or stand-alone payment.

The quantity of a certain unit corresponding to the amount to be posted defined in the Tax Amount field.
You can access this field only if you select a value in the Unit 1 field of the Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session for the ledger account.
- Quantity 2

The quantity of a certain unit corresponding to the amount to be posted defined in the Tax Amount field.
You can only access this field if you select a value in the Unit 2 field of the Chart of Accounts (tfgld0508m000) session for the ledger account.
- Remaining Amount

Enter the remaning amount to be posted to the ledger account.
Remaining amount = total amount to be posted - amount already posted
- Total Tax

The total tax amount calculated on the basis of the amount entered in the Remaining Amount field and the Tax Country/Code field.
