Receive Exception Notifications (tfbgc1182m000)

Use this session to list the budget account for which an exception notification must be sent to the budget manager. The exception can occur with respect to budget amounts or the policy date. The notification is sent through E-mail.

When an exception occurs, the notification is sent to the all registered users of the budget account. However, the users must have authorizations to modify the account.

User

The registered user for the budget account.

Notification Level

The level for which notifications must be received:

Allowed values

  • Budget Account

    The user receives notifications for a specific budget account account in any active budget.

  • Budget Level

    The user receives notifications for each account in the specified budget level of any active budget.

  • Budget Structure

    The user receives notifications for each account in any active budget.
Sequence

The sequence number generated for the budget level.

Budget Level

The budget level for which notifications must be received. The field is enabled only when you set the Notification Level field to Budget Level.

GL Code

The GL code. The field is enabled only when you set the Notification Level field to Budget Account.

Account

The ledger account. The field is enabled only when you set the Notification Level field to Budget Account.

Dimension 1

The dimension. The field is enabled only when you set the Notification Level field to Budget Account.

From Exceeding Amount

The exceeded transaction amount. The users are notified when the transaction amount exceeds or equals the amount specified in this field.

Currency

From Budget Percentage

The percentage of the budget amount spent. The users are notified when the budget expenditure exceeds or equals the value specified in this field.

The budget amount percentage is calculated based on the Maintain and Track Budget Balances and the Check Available Budget Against parameters.
