Confirm Monthly Billing Invoices (tfacr4201m100)

This functionality is specific for Japan.

Use this session to confirm a range of monthly billing invoices.

After you run this session, LN prints a report listing the following:

All newly confirmed monthly billing invoices.
All monthly billing invoices that could not be confirmed, including the reason, for example, a previous monthly billing invoice exists with status Generated.

Note: You cannot confirm a monthly billing invoice if previous monthly billing invoices for the same business partner and currency exist that still have the Generated status.
