Statement Layout (tfacr3112s000)
Use this session to maintain the layouts for various statements of accounts.
Layouts specify the aging analysis code used to summarize the invoices based on the dates.
The aging analysis code is defined in the Aging Analysis Data (tfacp0540m000) session.
Field Information
- Statement Layout

Specify the code for the design of the statement layout.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Font

Indicate the font for example, the size of the characters.
- Date Format

Select the date format. You must indicate the format to print the date in the statement of account.
The date format has been defined in the Date Formats (ttadv4580m000) session.
Example of different date formats:
- 01-03-1997
- 01 March 1997
- 1997-03-01
- Number of Columns

Indicate the number of columns required to print the information.

- 132
- 200
- Text Window Option

Indicate the window type to print the reminder text. The window type defines the number of characters you can print on a line.
Text window options are defined in the Text Windows (tttxt1520m000) session.
- Statement Type

Specify the type of invoice you want to print on the statement of account.
- Aging Analysis

Enter or select the code for the aging analysis by zooming to the Aging Analysis Data (tfacp0540m000) session. The aging analysis is used to display or print the open entries in various columns, depending on the age of the entry.
