Payables Aging Analysis Runs (tfacp2520m100)
Use this session to view the details of an aging analysis run or to recalculate one.
Field Information
- Aging Run

The aging run number. You can have one personal aging run and a single standard aging run.
- Standard Payables Aging Run
-
The run that contains the aging data. The aging amounts of this run are also used to display a chart in the Accounts Payable 360 (tfacp2560m000) session. Navigating from that session, you will browse to the standard aging analysis run.
- User

The login code of the user who calculated the aging analysis of the aging run.

The name of the user who calculated the aging analysis of the aging run.
- Last Refresh Date

The date on which the aging run data was generated. This information is shown in the aging chart, so the user knows how old the aging data is.

The value of the Based on field in the Calculate Payables Aging Analysis (tfacp3525m000) session.
- Aging Currency

The currency in which the aging amounts are calculated.
- As on Date/Period

The date from which the aging summary is calculated.
- Aging Year

The financial year starting from which the aging analysis is given.

The separator between the year and the period.
- Aging Period

The financial period starting from which the aging summary is given.
- Include Child Business Partners

If this check box is selected, and a parent business partner is within the range, also that business partner's children are included (provided they are within the selection range specified on the Selection tab).
- Include Order Related Invoices

If this check box is selected, the aging analysis includes invoices that are related to orders.
- Include Cost Invoices

If this check box is selected, the aging analysis includes cost invoices.
- Include Non Due Documents

If this check box is selected, the aging analysis includes documents whose due dates are outside the aging analysis periods.
- Invoices to be Included

You can select the invoices to be included in the aging analysis by their status in the processing.
This field is available only if Order Related Invoices is selected.
- Last Invoice Date

You must specify the last invoice date for the aging analysis if you have selected the Document Date option in the Selection By field.
The aging analysis is performed until the specified date.
- Last Payment/Receipt Date

This field can only be accessed if the Selection By field is Document Date. Otherwise, the field will be skipped. Specify the last payment date for the invoices whose aging analysis must be printed. This means no invoices may be selected whose last payment dates are later than the date in this field.
- Include Advance Payments in Supplier Balance

If this check box is selected, advance payments are included in the supplier balance.
- Include Withholding Tax in Supplier Balance

If this check box is selected, withholding tax is included in the supplier balance.
- Include Unallocated Payments in Supplier Balance

If this check box is selected, unallocated payments are included in the supplier balance.
- Include Anticipated Payments in Supplier Balance

If this check box is selected, anticipated payments are included in the supplier balance, which will be affected.
- Include Trade Notes in Supplier Balance

If this check box is selected, trade notes are included in the supplier balance, which will be affected.
Note: This option refers to trade notes that do not have the Replace Invoice by Trade Note check box selected in the Trade Note Types (tfcmg0516m000) session. Trade notes with Replace Invoice by Trade Note selected are included in balances and printed on reports by default. - From Payment Procedure Step
