Example of customer defined fields for mapping
In this example three fictional customer defined fields are used to show how the resulting mapping elements may look.
These elements are defined in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session:

The customer defined fields are selected in the Table field field.
When the Initialize Mapping Scheme Data (tcfin0210m000) session is run, these mapping elements are inserted in the Elements (tfgld4556m000) session and the Elements by Integration Document Type (tfgld4558m000) session for the relevant integration document types:
- 11C100000000 (Sales Order – Price Matrix)
- 11C200000000 (Sales Order – Approver)
- 1106C1000000 (Location of Sales Order/Sales Representative)
- 1114C1000000 (Location of Sales Order/Outside Sales Representative)
- 2105C1000000 (Location of Purchase Order/Buyer)
These reconciliation elements are inserted in the Reconciliation Elements (tcfin0130m000) and Possible Reconciliation Elements by Reconciliation Group (tcfin0125m000) sessions for the relevant reconciliation groups:
- C00100000000 Price Matrix
- C00200000000 Approver
- 0006C1000000 (Location / Sales Representative)
- 0026C1000000 (Location / Buyer)
- 0168C1000000 (Location / Outside Sales Representative)
The number of Location elements can be quite large, because these elements can be generated for every sales or purchase employee present in your environment.
The reconciliation element start code is not used here, because Employee is a business object at the second level.
