Sales Order Actual Delivery Line History Overview (tdsls4556m100)

Use this session to view sales order actual delivery/invoice line history.

Before LN can log history in this session, you must select the Log Order History check box in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session. If this check box is selected, and deliveries are processed, turnover history records are logged with the Processed status.

If the Log Actual Order Delivery History check box is selected in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session, in addition to the turnover history, LN also inserts history records in this session when actual delivery lines are inserted in the Sales Order Actual Delivery Lines (tdsls4106m000) session. These history records have the Approved status.

Note: 
  • This session is not only used for future analysis, but also for reconciliation, retrobilling, commissions and rebates, and statistics. These processes require both processed and unprocessed sales order actual delivery line history from the current session and sales order line history from the Sales Order Line History (tdsls4551m000) session.
  • If you delete sales order line history in the Archive/Delete Sales Order/Schedule History (tdsls5201m000) session, LN also deletes the linked actual delivery line history.
  • This session is included in the Sales Order History View (tdsls4650m000) session.
