Print Sales Delivery Performance (tdsls4406m200)

Use this session to print the delivery performance for sales orders.

The delivery performance represents the difference between the planned delivery date and the actual delivery date for sales order lines that are delivered to the sold-to business partner.

Field Information

Sort by Sold-to Business Partner

If this check box is selected, the report is sorted by sold-to business partner.

If this check box is cleared, the report is sorted by sales order.

Print only totals

If this check box is selected, the report information is summarized in totals.

If you print the totals, the report only contains the following information:

  • The selection range you entered.
  • The total number of sales order lines that are taken into account.
  • The number of sales order lines that fall within the entered time schedule.
  • The number of sales order lines that are delivered too late.
  • The number of sales order lines that are delivered too early.

If this check box is cleared, the report displays all sales orders lines that fall within the entered selection range. As a result, you can view the delivery performance for each sales order line.

Also print lines with performance within number of days

If this check box is selected, LN also prints the sales order lines that fall within the time schedule specified in the Number of days late/early: field.

If this check box is cleared, LN only prints the sales order lines that fall outside the time schedule specified in the Number of days late/early: field.

Number of days late/early:

Enter the number of days by which the difference between the planned delivery date and the actual delivery date must be exceeded before the sales order line is printed.

Note:
  • Differences are printed in decimals. A period of, for example, 1 day and 12 hours is printed as 1.5 days.
  • If the Also print lines with performance within number of days check box is selected, the sales order lines that exceed the Number of days late/early: are marked with an asterik on the report. This helps distinguish these lines from the lines that fall within the time schedule, which are also printed on the report.
