Print Sales Contract Line History (tdsls3431m000)

Use this session to print a range of selected sales contract line history reports. This enables you to find out who changed (added, modified, or deleted) the sales contract line data, and on what date and time.

The default report group reports contract line history information. The print details option enables you to select a second report group with more extensive reports on contract line history.

You can select a range of contracts or select specific contracts to be printed. To print specific contracts, click Specific Contract(s). The Enter Specific Sales Contract Numbers (tdsls3820s000) session is started, in which you can select up to ten contracts to be printed.

If you want to print another selection of contracts, click Reset Selection. LN removes the selection you made in the Enter Specific Sales Contract Numbers (tdsls3820s000) session. To make a new selection, click Specific Contract(s).

Note:

Contract line history is logged if the Log Contract Line Transactions check box is selected in the Sales Contract Parameters (tdsls0100s300) session.
If the Contract Prices in Use check box is selected for the contract line in the Sales Contract Lines (tdsls3501m000) session, the report's price and discount fields stay empty. You can print the price and discount information with the Print Sales Contract Prices History (tdsls3453m000) session.

Field Information

Contract Type: You can select the contracts to be printed by contract type.
Detailed Report: If this check box is selected, all sales contract line history data is printed.
Print Text: If this check box is selected, the contract line text is printed.

Note: This can require a considerable amount of paper.
