Approve Pick-up Sheets (tdsls3211m200)
Use this session to approve pick-up sheets.
In addition, you can use this session to specify options for consolidating sales schedule lines (pick-up sheet lines) on planned warehouse orders.
Field Information
- Simulate Approval

If this check box is selected, pick-up sheet approval is only simulated, not processed.
If this check box is selected, the following are shown:
- The effects of the pick-up sheet approval. This enables you to understand the changes and to, for example, manually intervene or not approve this pick-up sheet and wait for the next (changed) pick-up sheet.
- For each line of the pick-up sheet, updates to linked planned warehouse orders. The creation of new planned warehouse orders for new lines is not reported.
Note:- This check box is only shown if the Use Contracts for Schedules check box is selected in the Sales Schedule Parameters (tdsls0100s500) session.
- Updates to planned warehouse orders are logged as messages in the Message Log (tcstl1500m000) session, which is displayed as a tab in the Sales Schedule (tdsls3611m000) session.
- Print Errors

If this check box is selected, if errors occur during the approval process, an error report is printed.
- Consolidate Options for Planned Delivery Lines

- Ignore Delivery Pattern

If this check box is selected, the Delivery Pattern, as specified in the Sales Contract Line Logistic Data (tdsls3102m000) session, is ignored when consolidating sales schedule lines on planned warehouse orders.
- Move Past Requirements

If this check box is selected, for schedule lines with a requirement start date in the past, the New Requirement Start Date is used when consolidating sales schedule lines on planned warehouse orders.
Note: You cannot select this check box if the New Requirement Start Date is in the range of Original Requirement Start Date From and Original Requirement Start Date To and the Combine Planned Delivery Lines check box is also selected. - New Requirement Start Date

- Move Non-Pattern Requirements

If this check box is selected, for schedule lines with a requirement start date not derived from the Delivery Pattern, the New Requirement Start Date is used when consolidating sales schedule lines on planned warehouse orders.
Note: You cannot select this check box if the New Requirement Start Date is in the range of Original Requirement Start Date From and Original Requirement Start Date To and the Combine Planned Delivery Lines check box is also selected. - New Requirement Start Date
