Sales Release Lines - Sequence Shipping Schedule (tdsls3116m000)
Use this session to view, enter, and maintain sales release lines for sequence shipping schedules.
A sales release line mainly contains item and quantity data.
- Only release lines for which the Release Type is Sequence Shipping Schedule are shown in this session.
- A sales release line refers to a sales schedule header, sales schedule line, and sequence shipping information.
- Each sales schedule line results in one sequence shipping detail line, which you can view in the Sequence Shipping Information (tdsls3517m000) session.
- This session is updated when the release line is processed into a sales schedule line.
- If the Status is Processed, you can no longer update the sales release line.

A character string that identifies the revision of the sales release. The release revision identifies the update that was sent to the business partner.

The number that identifies the sales release line.

Note: This field is used for conversion of an incoming EDI item code.
- Customer Item

The customer's item code.
This field is automatically filled with the incoming EDI item code, which must be converted during processing EDI messages.
You can specify external and internal item codes in the Item Code System - Items (tcibd0104m000) session.
Note: If lines are manually added to releases with the Sales Release Origin set to EDI, you can leave the Item blank and only fill the Customer Item. Item code conversion will be applied during sales release processing if the conversion settings are correctly defined. - Customer Item Revision

The revision of the customer's item code.
You can specify revisions for customer item codes in the Business Partner Item - Revisions (tcibd0114m000) session.

If an incoming EDI item is unsuccessfully converted during processing EDI messages, this field is left empty.
Note: If lines are manually added to releases with the Sales Release Origin set to EDI, you can leave the Item blank and only fill the Customer Item. Item code conversion will be applied during sales release processing if the conversion settings are correctly defined. - Quantity

If the physical quantity of the sales unit is Length, Area (m2), or Volume, which you can define in the Physical Quantity field of the Units (tcmcs0101m000) session, this field displays the height of the item.

The date on which the business partner must receive the items.

The date on which the items must be shipped for the sales schedule line.

Note: This field is applicable only if the Use Customer Contract Reference for Schedules check box is selected in the Sales Schedule Parameters (tdsls0100s500) session. This customer contract reference is compared with the customer contract reference for the sales contract line.

The business partner's schedule number. This field is only used as a reference.

- Processing in Progress

The sales release contains release lines that are processed and lines that are not yet processed to a sales schedule (line).
- Processed

The sales release contains release lines that are all processed to a sales schedule (line).
The sales release line contains release line details that are all processed to sales schedule lines.
- Superseded
-
The sales release line could not be processed to a sales schedule (line) because the current release revision is replaced by a newer release revision. An error occurred during processing because the release revision is no longer valid.
If all lines of a sales release are superseded, the status of the sales release is also set to Superseded.
- Exception

The sales release line could not be processed to a sales schedule (line). An error occurred during processing.
- Processing Date

The date and time on which the sales release line was processed into a sales schedule.
- Schedule

The sales schedule to which the sales release line refers.
- Schedule Revision

Note:The Sequence Shipping Schedules check box in the Schedule Terms and Conditions (tctrm1131m000) session determines whether revision numbers are used for sequence shipping schedules.
If you do not use revision numbers, this field is always set to one.

The sales schedule line to which the sales release line refers. A sales schedule line identifies each requirement for an item to be supplied to a specific business partner on a specific date and time.
- Schedule Revision Information for Sequence Shipping Schedule

The revision for the sequence shipping detail.
Each update to a sequence shipping schedule line results in a new sequence shipping detail.
Note:If the Sequence Shipping Schedules check box is cleared in the Schedule Terms and Conditions (tctrm1131m000) session, each update to a sequence shipping schedule line results in a new revision.
If the Sequence Shipping Schedules check box is selected, this field is always one.

The number of the item (vehicle) on the assembly line for which the item is required. If, for example, the item is an assembly part of a car, the number in the current field is the number of the car.

Note:If the Tax Exempt Level parameter in the Tax Parameters (tctax0100m000) session is set to:
- Limited and you manually select this check box, the Tax Code is defaulted from the Exempt Sales field of the Tax Handling (tctax0138m000) session. If you clear this check box manually, the tax code is not changed.
- Extended and you select this check box manually, the Tax Code is not changed. If you manually clear this check box, the Exemption Reason and Exemption Certificate fields are cleared and disabled.

The country used for tax purposes.

The tax code that applies to the sales schedule line.
Note: The tax code that can be entered in this field can only be of the VAT kind. - Tax Country

The exemption certificate that is assigned to the sold-to business partner by the tax authority.
Note:- This field only applies if the Tax Exempt Level parameter is set to Extended in the Tax Parameters (tctax0100m000) session.
- This field is defaulted from the method that is used to retrieve tax details, as defined in the Search Sequence Tax Libraries group box of the Tax Parameters (tctax0100m000) session.
- Exemption Reason

The reason code that indicates why a business partner can be exempt from tax for a certain transaction and jurisdiction.
Note:- LN prints the exempt reasons on the sales invoices.
- This field only applies if the Tax Exempt Level parameter is set to Extended in the Tax Parameters (tctax0100m000) session.
- This field is defaulted from the method that is used to retrieve tax details, as defined in the Search Sequence Tax Libraries group box of the Tax Parameters (tctax0100m000) session.
- The reason code must be of the Tax Exemption type and must be date effective, as valuated by the Receipt Date.
