Sales Quotation Line History (tdsls1551m000)
Use this session to view sales quotation line history.
Before LN can log history in this session, you must select the Log History check box in the Sales Quotation Parameters (tdsls0100s100) session.
On the appropriate menu you can choose:
- , to have an overview of the results of all transactions that have taken place for the quotation line. Consequently, a quotation line can be displayed several times.
- , to have an overview of the results of the last transaction that has taken place for the quotation line. Consequently, each quotation line is displayed once.
- , to display quotation history for quotation lines that are copied to sales orders. These are the lines for which the Record Type field is set to Sales Order Generated.
- , to display quotation history for quotation lines that are canceled. These are the lines for which the Record Type field is set to Missed.
- , to display quotation history for quotation lines that are deleted. These are the lines for which the Record Type field is set to Deleted.
- , to display quotation history for quotation lines that are added, changed, confirmed, or lost. These are the lines for which the Record Type field is set to Intake.
Note: You can delete sales quotation line history in the Archive/Delete Sales Quotation History (tdsls1203m000) session.
