Use this session to view the sales quotations that are displayed based on the filter settings in the Sales Quotes (tdsls8310m000) session.
When you double-click a line or click Sales Quotation (tdsls1600m000) session is started.

- Expiry Past Due

The number of days after whichthe sales quotation expires.
Note:- If a negative value is displayed, the sales quotation is already expired and the number of days after the expiry date is displayed.
- If the quotation status is set to Processed, no value is specified in this field.

- Sold-to Business Partner

You cannot change this field if you entered quotation lines for this sales quotation.
- Internal Sales Representative

Your (inside) sales representative who is responsible for submitting a quotation for goods to the business partner. If you convert the quotation to a sales order, you can sort sales statistics data by sales representative.

The status of the sales quotation.
Allowed values
- Suspended

The quotation is handled by CRM. You cannot maintain the quotation in the application.
- Created

The quotation is entered in the application, or confirmed in CRM.
- Approved

The quotation is approved.
If the Approval Required check box is selected in the Sales Quotation Parameters (tdsls0100s100) session, you must approve sales quotations:

Quotation lines are added, changed, canceled, or deleted after the quotation is approved or printed.

The final day on which the quotation is valid.
The default expiration date for the quotation is automatically calculated by adding the number of days specified in the Effectivity Period field in the Sales Quotation Parameters (tdsls0100s100) session to the quotation date.
- Sales Office

Default value
When you enter a sales quotation, LN retrieves the sales office from the Sold-to Business Partner (tccom4110s000) session. This value can be changed. If no sales office is found in the Sold-to Business Partner (tccom4110s000) session, LN searches the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session. If no sales office is found in the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session either, no sales office is defined. As a result, LN cannot retrieve a default sales office.
- Financial Department

The financial department enables you to process financial transactions for a quotation in another financial company than the financial company of the sales office.
Note:- The financial department must have a tax ID in the tax country.
- This field is only visible if the Use Tax Numbers of other Financial Companies check box is selected in the Tax Parameters (tctax0100m000) session.
Default value
- This field is defaulted from the Sales Office field.
- This field retrieves the default financial data of its financial company for the sales quotation.

The sales order/schedule includes supply lines that are used to transfer the required material from your (the manufacturer's or service organization's) Supply-from Warehouse to the subcontractor's Supply-to Warehouse.

The retrobilled sales order is generated using the Generate Retrobilled Sales Orders (tdsls3271d000) session.
- Service

The sales order or quotation originates from the Service package.
- Shipment

The sales shipment cost order is generated to register shipment based additional costs. For more information, refer to Additional costs - shipment based.
- Probability Percentage

The default success percentage is zero.
- Delivery Lead Time

The relative delivery date determines the actual delivery date of the sales order, that is, when a quotation is converted into an order. The relative delivery date is entered as a number of calendar days.
The sales order's delivery date is calculated as follows:
Transfer date + relative delivery date of quotation
If the relative delivery date is not filled, the delivery date on the new order is filled with the expected delivery date of the quotation. The relative delivery date in the quotation header serves as default for the quotation lines.

Prices and discounts can be recorded for a group of business partners. The quotation's prices and discounts can be determined by linking a price list to the quotation.

LN takes the default value from the price list assigned to the business partner in the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session. The price list must be defined in the Price Lists (tcmcs0134m000) session.
- Price List for Direct Delivery

If any of the quotation lines is delivered directly to the customer from your supplier, you can record special price agreements.
Default value
LN takes the default value from the price agreement recorded in the Price List for Direct Delivery field of the Sold-to Business Partner (tccom4110s000) session.
- BP Prices/Discounts

The business partner that is used by LN to determine the prices and discounts on the sales quotation. If this field is filled, LN first retrieves the price and discount data that is linked to this business partner. If no price and discount data is available, or if no business partner is specified in this field, LN retrieves the data that is linked to the sold-to business partner.
- Business Partner Texts

The business partner that is entered in this field determines what texts are printed on various quotation documents and lists. If this field is filled, LN first retrieves whatever text data is linked to this business partner. If there is no text data, or no business partner is specified in this field, LN prints the texts linked to the sold-to business partner, depending on which documents and lists must be sent to which business partner.

The terms and conditions related to the shipment of goods.

There is no shipping constraint. LN handles the orders based on the available inventory. Sufficient inventory results in a complete shipment. Insufficient inventory results in a back order.

The total order must be shipped in a single shipment. As a result, LN does not allow partial deliveries. Lack of inventory results in the postponement of shipment of the order.
- Ship Set Complete

All the order lines with the following common delivery criteria must be shipped in a single shipment:
- Delivery date.
- Carrier.
- Warehouse.
- Ship-to business partner.
- Ship-to address.
LN assigns the same set number to these order lines. Other order lines can be shipped separately.

Each order line must be delivered as a whole. LN assigns a unique set number to each order line. Lack of inventory results in the postponement of shipment of the order line.
- Ship Line & Cancel

The available inventory is shipped. If sufficient inventory exists, this results in a complete shipment. Lack of inventory does not result in a back order but in cancellation of the order for the remaining quantity. LN enters a predefined cancel reason to the order line. This cancel reason is defined in the Pre-Defined Cancellation Reason for Ship/Cancels field of the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session.
- Ship Kit Complete

A main item must be delivered as a whole. LN assigns a unique set number to the component lines that constitute a main item and that must be shipped in one set. Lack of inventory results in back order for the main item, which must also be delivered as a whole.

If the goods are delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the actual delivery date.
The Delivery Date rate determiner only applies to sales orders, service orders, and sales invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which you expect to receive the goods. The Receipt Date rate determiner only applies to purchase orders and purchase invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
