Copy Sales Quotation (tdsls1201s000)

Use this session to create a new sales quotation by copying an actual quotation or a quotation from sales quotation history.

Note: If the Copy All Quotation Lines check box is cleared, click the Select Lines... button to mark the lines that you want to copy.

Field Information

Copy from History

If this check box is selected, you can copy from sales quotation history. If this check box is cleared, you can copy from active sales quotations.

Quotation

The source sales quotation number.

Note: If the Copy from History check box is selected, the quotation is retrieved from the Sales Quotation History (tdsls1550m000) session. If the Copy from History check box is cleared, the quotation is retrieved from the Sales Quotations Overview (tdsls1503m000) session.
Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner of the source sales quotation.

Sales Office

The sales office of the source sales quotation.

Order Type

The order type of the source sales quotation.

Quotation

The target sales quotation number.

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner of the target sales quotation.

Sales Office

The sales office of the target sales quotation.

Order Type

The planned delivery date of the target sales quotation.

Copy All Quotation Lines

If this check box is selected, all quotation lines are copied.

If this check box is cleared, click the Select Lines... button to mark the lines that you want to copy.

Copy Alternatives

If this check box is selected, alternative quotation lines are copied.

Calculate New Prices and Discounts

If this check box is selected, prices and discounts are recalculated for the new quotation lines.

Copy Missed Quotations

If this check box is selected, you can copy failed quotation lines when you copy a quotation from history.

If this check box is selected, LN generates a report listing the new quotation lines and any errors encountered during the copy process.

Copy Texts

If this check box is selected, any text associated with the quotation is copied.

Copy Project Pegs

If this check box is selected, and the source quotation line has a linked peg, this peg is also copied to the new quotation line.

Copy Material Price Information

If this check box is selected, and the source quotation line has material price information linked in the Material Price Information (tcmpr1600m000) session, this information is copied to the new quotation line.

If this check box is selected, material price information is not copied, but retrieved from the master data.

Note: If this check box is selected, and if the material price information from the source quotation line is no longer applicable, the information is not copied, but redetermined for the new quotation line.

Copy After Sales Service

If this check box is selected, after-sales service information is copied from the source quotation to the target quotation.
