Purchase Requisition Conversion Workbench (tdpur8360m000)
You can use the purchase requisition conversion workbench to support the requisition process that provides easy access to information and accelerates the process of requisition conversion. You can use this workbench to process several requisitions simultaneously. The workbench provides buyers with more control and access to the requisitions.
When the user accesses this workbench, a range of REQ lines which consist of various attributes are displayed. The workbench enables you to access the Item - Purchase (tdipu0601m000), Buy-from Business Partner (tccom4120s000) and the Prepare Conversion Purchase Requisition Lines (tdpur2502m100) sessions, to view and modify the data.
You can also view the days for which the purchase requisition conversion is due. This attribute is classified using colours. Red color signifies the delay in the requested date by a particular number of days. The delay is marked by the negative sign. Blue color signifies the number of days left for the requisition.
The workbench also provides the information about the
available and approved supplier. The user can click on 
to access this
information. The user can click on 
to add a supplier for a
particular item. The user can also view the data such as price history and
price break for that supplier.
The graphical view of this workbench provides the user with additional information to facilitate decision making. When a user selects a REQ line, the supply time, vendor rating and pricing information is displayed in the form of graphs. The graph provides the score of the supplier, range; from 0-100. The scores are classified based on the colours.

- Green = range 80-100
