Retention Releases (tdpur6110m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the retention releases.
- This session can be accessed only if:
- The Services Procurement Orders check box is selected in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.
- The retention percentage is specified for the Subcontracting Procurement Order.
- This data in this session can be modified if:
- The related the Retention Release Line status is set to other than Approved.
- The data in this session is defaulted if the Application For Payment is specified. And this is based on the retention release data of the Application For Payment.

- External Reference Number
- The reference number for the AFP document of the
subcontractor.Note:
- This field is enabled when the Internal Release check box is cleared.
- This value is defaulted with the External Reference of the AFP when the AFP is specified.
- Responsible Employee
- The employee who manages the retention release.Note: This value is defaulted with the Assessor of the AFP when the AFP is specified.

- Requested Date
- The date on which the retention release is
requested.Note:
- This field is enabled when the Internal Release check box is cleared.
- The value in this field is defaulted with the Application Date of the AFP when the AFP is specified.
- Creation Date
- The date on which the retention release is requested.
- Internal Release
- If this checkbox is selected, the total retention
balance amount for this SPO is defaluted in the approved retention amount.
The amount is not paid to the subcontractor but this is booked to the
corporate account.Note: You cannot modifiy this amount.

- The retention amount that is requested by the

- The amount must be less than the total retention amount of the Subcontracting Procurement Order that is yet to be released.
- Approved Amount
- The retention amount that is approved for payment.Note:
- The amount is expressed in the Subcontracting Procurement Order Currency.
- The amount must be less or equal than the retention balance amount of the Subcontracting Procurement Order that is yet to be released.
- The value in this field defaulted if:
- The requested retention amount is specified for AFP. or,
- The Internal Release checkbox is selected
the SPO retention balance amount is used as the default
for the Approved
Amount.Note: You cannot modifiy this amount.
- Approval Date
- The date on which the retention amount is approved.
- Discount %
- The discount percentage applicable to the released
retention amount.Note:
- This value is defaulted from the Retention Discount Percentage of the AFP.

- The discount amount applicable to the released retention

Indicates the method to determine the rates.
Allowed values
- Document Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created. The Document Date rate determiner applies to all types of transactions. You can manually change the rate.
The rate is updated by Invoicing when the invoice is posted.
- Manually Entered

You can manually enter the rate. By default, LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created. The Manually Entered rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
- Delivery Date

If the goods are not yet delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the order date. However, if this order date is in the past, LN uses the rate that is valid on the current date.
If the goods are delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the actual delivery date.
The Delivery Date rate determiner only applies to sales orders, service orders, and sales invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
- Receipt Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which you expect to receive the goods. The Receipt Date rate determiner only applies to purchase orders and purchase invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
- Expected Cash Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time at which payment of the sales invoice or purchase invoice is expected.
Expected cash date = expected delivery/receipt date + payment period
The payment period is specified in the Payment Terms (tcmcs0113s000) session. The Expected Cash Date rate determiner applies to all types of transactions. You cannot manually change the rate.
The rate is updated by Invoicing when the invoice is posted.
- Fixed

You can use this rate determiner only for a dependent currency system or a single currency system. The Fixed rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rates between the transaction currency and the reference currencies, the rate is fixed. If you do not manually enter the rates, the rate is not fixed and LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Hard

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Hard rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the reporting currencies, the rates are fixed. The local currency rate is based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the reporting currencies, the rates are not fixed and LN uses the rates that are valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
