Copy Request for Quotation (tdpur1201s000)
Use this session to copy an existing request for quotation (RFQ) or request for quotation (RFQ) lines, to a new or an existing RFQ. You can copy from actual or history sessions.
You can copy all lines or specific lines from a source RFQ to a target RFQ.
All lines
Specify the source RFQ and, if the target RFQ is a new RFQ, specify the series.Specific lines
Click to select lines from the RFQ Lines (tdpur1502m000) or RFQ Line History (tdpur1551m000) sessions.
- When you copy an RFQ to an existing RFQ, the status of the target RFQ must be Created or Modified.
- If the Copy All Lines is selected, the target RFQ receives the same structure of alternative lines as the source RFQ, only if all lines of the source RFQ are copied to a new RFQ. In all other situations, alternative lines are copied as new RFQ lines to the target RFQ.

- Copy All Lines

If this check box is selected, all lines from the source RFQ are copied.
If this check box is cleared, click to select the request for quotation (RFQ) lines that must be copied.
- Copy Bidders

If this check box is selected, all bidders from the source RFQ are copied to the target RFQ.
- Copy Peg Distribution

If this check box is selected, and a source RFQ line is linked to a peg distribution, this distribution is also copied to the target RFQ line.
- Peg Change Reason

The change reason for manually creating the pegged supply. The reason must be specified only if the Manual Project Peg Modification check box is selected in the Project Pegging Parameters (tcpeg0100m000) session.
The project peg changes and the reason codes are logged in the Cost Peg Audit History (tpctm2500m000) session.
Note: The reason code must be of the type Project Peg Audit History and applies to all pegs in the peg distribution. - Copy Additional Information

If this check box is selected, additional information from the original RFQ is copied to the target RFQ.
The additional information from the RFQ header, RFQ line, and RFQ response is copied.
- Copy Texts

If this check box is selected, any text associated with the original RFQ is copied.
Note: If you copy an RFQ to a new RFQ, the text that is associated with the header and lines are copied. If you copy an RFQ to an existing RFQ, only the texts of the lines are copied. - Print Report

If this check box is selected, a report is generated with the results of the copying process.
