Order Activities by Services Procurement Order Type (tdpur0162m000)

Use this session to maintain the service procurement order activities for a services procurement order type.

Release Services Procurement Orders for AFP / Equipment Utilization (tdpur6200m100)
Close Services Procurement Orders (tdpur6200m200)
Manual activities that are applicable for the SPO

Field Information

Services Procurement Order Type: The code for the services procurement order type.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Services Procurement field is set to Active in Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Activity: The activity that can be executed for an SPO.
Note: If the Manual Activity field is set to no, sessions which are part of SPO procedure can be specified.
Sequence: The sequence of the activity.
Automatic: If this check box is selected, the activity can be performed automatically.
Manual Activity: Indicates if an activity is performed manually.
Number Extra Copies: The number of extra copies that must be printed.
Device: The default device for this session.
Effective Date: The date from when the services procurement order type is active.
Note: The date must always be less than or equal to the value specified on the Expiry Date field.
Expiry Date: The date and time when the services procurement order type expires.
Note: The date must be greater than or equal to the value specified on the Effective Date field.
