Field Information

Delete to Expiry Date

Pricing information with an expiry date and time that falls before the date specified in this field, is deleted.

Delete Duplicate Lines without Expiry Date

If this check box is selected, price matrices, price books, default price books, or freight rate books without an expiry date are deleted, provided more recent and unexpired pricing information is available for these documents.

If this check box is cleared, only expired pricing information is deleted.

Delete to Expiry Date: 21 January

This happens to the price book lines if you run this session with the Delete Duplicate Lines without Expiry Date check box selected:

• The first line is deleted, because it is expired.
• The second line is deleted, because a more recent unexpired line is effective (line 3).
• The third line is kept, because this is the most recent line that is effective for the price book.
• The fourth line is kept, because its effective date is in the future.

If you run this session with the Delete Duplicate Lines without Expiry Date check box cleared, only the first line is deleted.

Delete Matrix Priorities

If this check box is selected, information from the Matrix Priorities (tdpcg0120m000) session is deleted.

Note: Only matrix priorities with an expiry date that falls before the Delete to Expiry Date are deleted. The Delete to Expiry Date must be before the system date.

Delete Price Matrices

If this check box is selected, depending on the Matrix Type that you select, pricing information is deleted from the following sessions:

• Sales Price Matrices (tdpcg0130m010)
• Purchase Price Matrices (tdpcg0130m020)
• Transfer Price Matrices (tdpcg0130m030)
• Sales Line Discount Matrices (tdpcg0130m110)
• Sales Total Discount Matrices (tdpcg0130m120)
• Purchase Line Discount Matrices (tdpcg0130m130)
• Purchase Total Discount Matrices (tdpcg0130m140)
• Line Promotion Matrices (tdpcg0130m210)
• Order Promotion Matrices (tdpcg0130m220)
• Client Freight Rate Matrices (tdpcg0130m310)
• Carrier Freight Rate Matrices (tdpcg0130m320)

Delete Price Books

If this check box is selected, pricing information from the Price Book Lines (tdpcg0131m000) session is deleted.

Note: Only price books with an expiry date that falls before the Delete to Expiry Date are deleted. The Delete to Expiry Date must be before the system date.

Delete Base Price from Default Price Books

If this check box is selected, price books are deleted that have the Base Price check box selected in the Price Book Lines (tdpcg0131m000) session.

Note: Only price books with an expiry date that falls before the Delete to Expiry Date are deleted. The Delete to Expiry Date must be before the system date.

Delete Freight Rate Books

If this check box is selected, pricing information from the Freight Rate Books (tdpcg0150m000) session is deleted.

Note: Only freight rate books with an expiry date that falls before the Delete to Expiry Date are deleted. The Delete to Expiry Date must be before the system date.

Delete Discount Schedules

If this check box is selected, pricing information is deleted from the Discount Schedule Lines (tdpcg0121m000) session.

Note: Only discount schedules are deleted with an expiry date that falls before the Delete to Expiry Date. The Delete to Expiry Date must be before the system date.

Simulation Only

If this check box is selected, a report simulating the update of deleted pricing information is displayed. The data update is only displayed not processed.

Print Changes

If this check box is selected, a report with the (simulated) changes is printed.
