Price Book Change Request Lines (tdpcg0131m100)
Use this session to view and maintain change request lines for a price book. You can approve or cancel the changes prior to being displayed or used on orders. This functionality is applicable for sales and purchase based price books.
The values defaulted from the Price Book Lines (tdpcg0131m000) session are displayed in the left side of the session. You can modify the respective fields in the right side of the session.
- You can access this session by selecting the Price Book (tdpcg0611m000) session. option in the
- This session is displayed only if the Change Request for Pricing Documents check box is selected in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session.
- While a change request is Active for a price book, no other changes can be made to a price book until the current change request is Approved or Canceled.

- Change Request
- The code of the change request.
- Line
- The sequence number of the change request line.
- Item
- The item for which the price book line is created.
- Manufacturer Part Number
- The manufacturer part number (MPN) linked to the price book line. You can maintain the price for a combination of the MPN and the manufacturer.
- Description
- The description of the manufacturer part number.
- Manufacturer
- The code of the manufacturer linked to the price book line.
- Description
- The description of the manufacturer.
- Price Type

The purchase scenarios included in the price book line.

- The minimum or maximum order quantity or value in inventory units to which the price book applies.

- The unit in which the item's quantity is expressed.

- The item's price.

- Material Price
- The total material base price of the item specified on the price book line.
- Currency
- The currency in which the base price is expressed.
- Price Stage
- A categorization of the price based on the phase of the price negotiation process.
- Effective Date
- The date and time from which the price book is valid.
- Expiry Date
- The expiry date and time of the price book. If this is not specified, the price book is infinitely valid.
- Buy-from Business Partner
- The code of the buy-from business partner specified on the price book line.
- Ship-from Business Partner
- The code of the ship-from business partner specified on the price book line.

- If this check box is selected, the price of the buy-from business partner/ship-from business partner/item combination has priority over the prices stored under the normal matrix priority structure. - Discount Schedule
- The code of the discount schedule linked to the price book.

The price is copied from an RFQ with the Convert RFQs (tdpur1202m000) session. The number, position number and sequence number are displayed.
- Price book
The price is copied from a price book with the Copy Price Book (tdpcg0231m100) session. The price book identification is displayed.

- If this check box is selected, the price book line is allocated to quotations.
