Target Price Books (tdpcg0113m000)

Use this session to view the target price books.

Note: 
  • You can view this session only if the Target Price check box is selected in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.
  • You can create a new price using the Calculate Target Prices option from the Action menu.
  • You can use the Calculate Target Prices (tdpcg0233m100) session to create new price books.
  • You can delete the price books that are not linked to any procurement or item objects using the Delete Target Price Books option from the Action menu.

Target Price Book

The target price book series.

Note: 
  • The value is defaulted from the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

RFQ Specific

If this check box is selected, the target price book is applicable only for the RFQs.

Note: This check box is displayed only if the Requests for Quotation check box is selected in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.
Responsible Employee

The code of the employee responsible for the target price book.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Buyer field in the Procurement User Profiles (tdpur0143m000) session, if specified for the user who creates the target price book.
Name

The description or name of the code.

Responsible Office

The code of the purchase office responsible for the target price book.

Note: 
  • This value is defaulted from the Purchase Office field in the Procurement User Profiles (tdpur0143m000) session, if specified for the user who creates the target price book. However, you can modify this value.
