Turnaround Time Documents (tcttm1100m000)
Use this session to view the Turnaround Time Documents. This document is created when an item maintenance is initiated. You can modify the TAT Document data.
- You can modify the TAT Document data only if:
- The Timer Status is set to a value other than Completed.
- The Origin is Contract Quote or Service Contract and the Contract Contract Status is set to Active in the Service Contract Change (tsctm3620m000) session.
- The TAT Document is deleted when the object, for which the Document is created, is deleted.

The urgency level set as the default for the TAT.
