Global Update of Terms and Conditions (tctrm2205m000)

Use this session to globally update terms and conditions agreements linked to a terms and conditions template, with the changes made to the template.

Note:

You can view which terms and conditions agreements are linked to a template in the Terms and Conditions derived from Template (tctrm2100m000) session.
You can view which changes are made to a specific template in the Template Changes (tctrm2105m000) session.
Only the template changes for which the Use in Global Update check box is selected in the Template Changes (tctrm2105m000) session are included in the global update process.
You cannot update Purchase and Sales terms and conditions agreements if they are linked to an Active purchase contract or sales contract. The contract must be deactivated first before the agreement can be updated.

Field Information

Sales Terms and Conditions

If this check box is selected, sales terms and conditions agreements are updated

Purchase Terms and Conditions

If this check box is selected, purchase terms and conditions agreements are updated

Internal Terms and Conditions

If this check box is selected, internal terms and conditions agreements are updated

Simulate

To perform the process but not update the agreements with the template changes, select this check box.

For example, you can use this check box to generate and check the error report before you update the agreements.

Overwrite Manual Changes

If this check box is selected, LN overwrites the relevant data in the terms and conditions agreement with the template change data. Therefore, if you already manually changed data in the terms and conditions agreement, these changes are overwritten.

If this check box is cleared, LN only overwrites the relevant data in the terms and conditions agreement with the template change data if the template's Old Value is equal to the current value in the terms and conditions agreement.

Note: This check box is only applicable for template changes with the User Action field set to Change in the Template Changes (tctrm2105m000) session.

Remove Template Changes

If this check box is selected, the template changes are removed from the Template Changes (tctrm2105m000) session after the terms and conditions agreements are updated with these changes.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, a report is printed with the global update results.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, if errors occur during the global update process, an error report is printed.
