Field Information

Logon Code

The logon code of the user who enters the test data.

The logon code identifies the test data. If you change and save your test data, other users cannot change the data.

To enable other users to use your test data, you must supply these users with your logon code.

Logon Code

Test Number

A generated sequence number for the test data.

Sequence Number

The generated line sequence number.

Ship-from Country

The ship-from country to which the exception applies.

If the exception applies to all countries, leave this field empty.

Ship-to Country

The ship-to country to which the exception applies.

If the exception applies to all countries, leave this field empty.

VAT-from Country

Point of Title Passage Category

The type of point of title passage. If the point of title passage is other than the point of origin or the point of destination, you can select Named Location. You can then enter the location on the orders.

The point of title passage is required for European VAT reporting.

In addition, the Taxware tax provider needs this information to determine the tax jurisdiction for destination sales tax.

Point of Title Passage

The country in which the point of title passage is located.

Trade Type

One of the following:

• Bilateral Invoicing
• Direct Delivery
• Direct Delivery Internal Invoicing
• Triangular Invoicing

Flow

Select the goods flows (import or export) for which you export the data.

Note: Separate Intrastat declarations are required for the import flow and the export flow. For the import flow, select (+) Receipt and for the export flow, select (-) Issue.

Field Name

The technical field name that is used for field mapping and for populating tags in XML documents /BODs.

Message

Displays information about whether the tax library was searched and the result of the search.
