Generate Business Partner Registrations from Tax Numbers (tctax4202m000)

Use session to generate the registration for a business partner using the tax numbers.

Note:

This session can be accessed by only if the Extended Registration Managementis set to In Preparation in the Concept Activation (tcemm4600m100)session.

Field Information

Selection Range

Business Partner: The From and To fields define a range of: business partners for which the tax registrations must be generated.
Country: The From and To fields define a range of: countries in which the generated tax registrations are applicable.
Create Registrations from: The entity from which the registrations must be created.

Note: This field is displayed only if data is defined in the Fiscal IDs by Business Partner (tctax4101m000) session.
Registration Type: The registration type for which the business partner registrations must be generated.

Note:
This field is displayed only if the Multiple Registration Types check box is selected in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session.

The tax-related registration types are only applicable. The Use for Tax Registration check box must be selected in the Registration Type (tctax2610m000) session, for the registration type associated with the business partner registration generated from tax number.

Options

Valid Registrations Only: If this check box is selected, LN considers the valid registrations only when generating the business partner registrations.
Exclude Expired Registrations: If this check box is selected, LN excludes the expired registrations when generating the business partner registrations.
At Reference Date: The date and time when the business partner registrations are last generated.
Simulate: If this check box is selected, LN provides a preview of the generated business partner registrations.

Note: By default, this check box is selected.
Print Created Registrations: If this check box is selected, LN prints the generated business partner registrations.

Note: By default, this check box is selected.
Print Error Report: If this check box is selected, LN prints the errors in a report, if any.
