Change Business Partner Registration (tctax2250m100)

Use session to update the tax and registration data for a business partner. This session can be used if the defaulted registration data is incorrect, not determined, or the user data is modified.

Field Information

Selection Range

Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to select the business partner tax and registration data that must be updated.

Business Object Company: The From and To fields define a range of: business object companies to which the business partner tax and registration data is linked.
Business Object Type: The From and To fields define a range of: type of the business objects for which the business partner tax and registration data is valid.
Business Object: The From and To fields define a range of: the business objects for which the business partner tax and registration data is valid.
Reference Date: The From and To fields define a range of: reference dates when the business partner tax and registration data is last applied.

The economic zone type associated with the selected tax country of the business partner.

Own Registration Type

The code of the registration type to which the tax number definition must be assigned.

Reference Date

The date and time when the business partner tax and registration data is last updated.

Business Partner Registration Type

The registration type linked to the business partner registration code.

Business Partner Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction level at which the jurisdiction is applicable for the business partner tax and registration data.

The name linked to the business partner registration ID which can be used on the legal reports.

Business Partner Registration Type: The new registration type that must be updated for the business partner tax and registration data.
Business Partner Jurisdiction: The new jurisdiction level at which the jurisdiction must be applicable for the business partner tax and registration data.
Jurisdiction: The new jurisdiction code that must be updated for the business partner tax and registration data.
Business Partner Identification Number: The new identification number that must be updated for the business partner tax and registration data.
Business Partner Legal Name: The new legal name of the business partner registration data that must be updated.

Success Report: If this check box is selected, a report is printed when the change of business partner tax and registration data is completed successfully.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, a report is printed with the errors occurred during the process of changing the business partner tax and registration data.
