Additional Information Definitions (tcstl2100m000)
Use this session to create and maintain additional information fields.

The table name.

Note:For tfgld107, these restrictions are applicable:
- Only the first 10 text (string) fields on the first tab are available
- Only the General definition level is available.
- The additional information fields for tfgld107 cannot be copied to other tables. These fields are only used internally in Financials .

The definition level for the additional information fields.

The additional fields linked to the specified database table are displayed in the corresponding overview and details sessions. In these sessions, the additional information fields are grouped in separate tabs. In the details sessions, you can edit the contents of these fields.
- Sold-to Business Partner

The additional information fields linked to the specified database table and the selected business partner are displayed and editable in the details session corresponding to the specified database table, if the selected business partner is the sold-to business partner of the sales document.
- Buy-from Business Partner

The additional information fields linked to the specified database table and the selected business partner are displayed and editable in the details session corresponding to the specified database table, if the selected business partner is the buy-from business partner of the purchase document.

The code of the sold-to business partner or buy-from business partner for which the additional fields are defined.

The technical field name that is used for field mapping and for populating tags in XML documents /BODs.

The optional label code.

The label description will appear as prompt for the additional field in the user interface. This allows you to have language-specific prompts in case of multi-language environments.
If you do not use labels, the desired prompt can be entered manually in the description field (attribute desc). Then, the prompt shown will be the same for all languages. When a label is filled and the description field is still empty, the description field is defaulted with the description of the entered label and the description field will be disabled. The description can only be entered or maintained if no label code is defined.

Note: Additional information fields marked as internal are not printed on external documents, but are passed on to other tables if set up accordingly.Default value

If this check box is selected, the contents of the text field for the current table is copied to the next table in the flow down. The text field is available in the Extended Additional Information (tcstl2110m000) session, where users can enter text in this field.

For the other tables, the subheading of the Annex report is always Contract Clauses.

If this check box is selected, the customer defined fields defined for the tcstl201 table in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session are not printed on external documents.
If this check box is cleared, the customer defined fields defined for the tcstl201 table in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session can be printed on external documents. For each field, this depends on the setting of the Internal Use check box in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session.
