Sales Permissions (tcsec3630m000)
Use this session to set the permissions for sales. These permissions are assigned to the employees or employee groups using the Assign Permissions to Employees (tcsec1200m100) session and Employee Authorizations (tcsec1500m000) session.

Note: Two fields Created by and Assigned to are available in the Opportunities (tdsmi1110m000) session. When an opportunity is created, the values of these fields are defaulted with the employee code linked to the login code to this session. However, these values can be modified. When opportunities are authorized based on Internal Sales Representative or External Sales Representative in the Permission for field, the employee code in the Created by or the Assigned to field is used to determine the employee code. - Sales Contract

If this check box is selected, the permission is applied to the sales contract documents.
Note:- When permissions are defined based on the Sales Office-attribute in the Permission for field, the Responsible Office in the Sales Contracts (tdsls8330m000) session is considered.
- When permissions are defined based on the Sales Order Type attribute in the Permission for field, the order type in the Sales Contract (tdsls3600m000) session is used for authorizing the contracts. This Order Type field in the Sales Contracts session is used as a default for sales orders generated from a sales contract.

If this check box is selected, the permission is applied to the sales quote documents.

If this check box is selected, the permission is applicable to the received customer orders.
Note: By default, this check box is selected. However, you can clear the check box. - Sales Price Book

Note: When permissions are defined based on the Internal Representative attribute in the Permission for field, in the Responsible Employee in the Price Books (tdpcg0111m000) session is considered. - Sales Order
