Employee Authorizations (tcsec1500m000)

Use this session to view and set the filter for the authorizations assigned to the employees or employee groups. The authorizations can be filtered based on several criteria.

If this check box is selected, you can filter the authorizations specified for the employees, the departments or both.

Employee

The employee code.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Employees in Department

The department code of the employee.

If this check box is selected, you can filter the employee permissions by authorization role, authorization policy, or assigned rule.

Permissions

The permission type based on which the employee data is filtered.

Description

The description or name of the code.

The rule assigned to the employee or employee group.

If this check box is selected, permissions for this business process are specified for the employee or employee group.

If this check box is selected, permissions for this business process are specified for the employee or employee group.

Requisition

If this check box is selected, permissions for this business process are specified for the employee or employee group.

If this check box is selected, permissions for this business process are specified for the employee or employee group.

Procurement

If this check box is selected, permissions for this business process are specified for the employee or employee group.

Current Version

Indicates that the current version data is displayed. This is a display field.

Note: This check box is selected only if the Current Versions option is selected.
Actual Version

Indicates that the actual version data is displayed. This is a display field.

Note: This check box is selected only if the Actual Authorizations option is selected.
Latest Version

Indicates that the latest version data is displayed. This is a display field.

Note: This check box is selected only if the Latest Versions option is selected.
Draft version

Indicates that the draft version data is displayed. This is a display field.

Note: This check box is selected only if the Draft Authorizations option is selected.
Employee

The code of the employee.

Name

The name of the employee.

Job Title

The job title of the employee.

Note: The job title can be used to check if an assigned role matches the job title. For example, if an assigned role is Project Controller and the job title is Junior Engineer, this can be considered a mismatch.
Employed

This value is based on the selection made in the Employee 360 (bpmdm0101m100) session.

Employee Group

The code of the employee group.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Version

The version specified for the employee authorization.

Effective from

The date and time from which the employee authorization is valid.

Effective to

The date and time up to which the employee authorization is valid.

Status

The authorization status of the version.

Allowed values

Draft

The permission is created but not yet Active. However, the permissions are not considered for data authorization.

Active

The permission is Active and considered for data authorization, if the current date is between the Effective from and Effective to dates.

Text

If this check box is selected, a text is present.

Created

The date and time when the employee authorization data is created.

Created by

The user who created the employee authorization data.

Name

The name of the user.

Activated

The date and time when the employee authorization data is activated.

Activated by

The user who activated the employee authorization data.

Name

The name of the user who activated the employee authorization data.

Closed

The date and time when the employee authorization data is closed.

Closed by

The user who closed the employee authorization data.

Name

The name of the user who closed the employee authorization data.
