Export Authorization and Security (tcsec1200m300)

Use this session to export the authorization and security setup data in an xml file.

Note:

This session is applicable only if the Authorization and Security Enabled check box is selected in the Authorization and Security Parameters (tcsec0100m000) session for the company in which the export session is started. Else, an error message is displayed.
The Authorization Definition in Company specified in the Authorization and Security Parameters (tcsec0100m000) session must be the same company for which the authorization and security setup export is started. Else, an error message is displayed.
When the export process is finished, one of these message is displayed in the status bar:
- Authorization and Security data has been exported
- No data within selection
- Process stopped by the user
- Process aborted because of error(s)

Field Information

Export Scenarios

Master Data: If this check box is selected, the master data details are exported to a specified location.
Permissions: If this check box is selected, the permissions details are exported to a specified location.
Employee Permissions: If this check box is selected, the employee permission details are exported to a specified location.

Export Ranges

Authorization Role: If this check box is selected, the authorization role details are exported to a specified location.

Note: Only Authorization with status set to Active are exported.
: The From and To fields define a range of: the authorization roles of an user.
Authorization Policy: If this check box is selected, the authorization policy details are exported to a specified location.
: The From and To fields define a range of: the authorization policies.
Assigned Rule: If this check box is selected, the assigned rule details are exported to a specified location.
: The From and To fields define a range of: the assigned rules.
Employee Group: If this check box is selected, the employee group details are exported to a specified location.
: The From and To fields define a range of: the employee groups.
Employee: If this check box is selected, the employee details are exported to a specified location.
: The From and To fields define a range of: the employees.

Permissions for Business Process

Contract Management: If this check box is selected, the contract management details are exported to the specified location.
Service: If this check box is selected, the service details are exported to the specified location.
Project Management: If this check box is selected, the Project Management details are exported to the specified location.
Warehousing: If this check box is selected, the warehousing details are exported to the specified location.
Requisitions: If this check box is selected, the requisition details are exported to the specified location.
Intercompany Trade: If this check box is selected, the intercompany trade details are exported to the specified location.
Procurement: If this check box is selected, the procurement details are exported to the specified location.
Invoicing: If this check box is selected, the invoicing details are exported to the specified location.
Sales: If this check box is selected, the sales details are exported to the specified location.
Financials: If this check box is selected, the financial details are exported to the specified location.
Production: If this check box is selected, the production details are exported to the specified location.

Permissions for Master Data

Items: If this check box is selected, the item details are exported to the specified location.
Business Partners: If this check box is selected, the business partner details are exported to the specified location.

System Administration

User: If this check box is selected, the user (system administration) details are exported to the specified location.
: The From and To fields define a range of: the users.

Options

Export Authorization and Security Parameter Settings: If this check box is selected, the export authorization and security parameter setting details are exported to the specified location.

Export File to

Client/Server: The server or client to which the output files must be exported.
Folder: The location of the folder where the uploaded files must be saved.
Filename: The name of the exported file .
