Labor Rate Code - Rates (tcppl0191m000)
Use this session to enter, for each labor rate:
- The cost rate and the cost rate currency.
- The sales rate and the sales rate currency.
In the overview session, you can use the Labor Rate Code - Rates (tcppl0191m000) details session starts.
buttons to find the labor rate for which you want to enter or view the surcharge rates. To enter new rates for a labor rate, on the menu, choose . To view the existing rates, double-click an effective date. TheIf, in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session, the Object Data Management (DM) check box is selected, LN enters the following data in the corresponding fields of the Labor Rate Code - Rates (tcppl0191m000) details session when you approve a change order in the Change Management module:
- The effective change order number.
- The effective date.
- The expiry change order number.
- The expiry date.

- Labor Rate Code

The code that identifies the labor rate.
- Time Unit

The time unit used for the labor rates.
- Labor Cost Rate

The cost of one unit of labor.
- Overhead Rate (Service)

An additional rate on top of the labor rate used to cover miscellaneous costs.
Note: This field applies to the Service package. - Sales Rate

The sales price of one unit of labor.
- Intercompany Rate

The intercompany price of one unit of labor.
- Currency

The currency of the intercompany rate.
- Effective Change Order

If you use Data Management , LN enters the number of the change order that you approved to change the cost rate and the sales rate for the labor rate, in the Change Management module.
- Effective Date

The date and time from which the cost rate and the sales rate are valid.
The cost rate and the sales rate of each labor rate are valid from the effective date and time until the expiry date and time.
If you use Data Management , LN enters the data in this field when you approve the change orders in the Change Management module.
- Expired Change Order

If you use Data Management , LN enters the number of the change order that you approved to change the rates for the labor rate, in the Change Management module.
- Expiry Date

The date and time until which the cost rate and the sales rate are valid.
The rates of each labor rate are valid from the effective date and time until the expiry date and time. The expiry date can remain empty until you enter a new effective period. You can leave a time gap between an expired effective period and a new effective period.
If you use Data Management , LN enters the data in this field when you approve the change orders in the Change Management module.
