Purge Item Material Content (tcmpr0221m000)

Use this session to purge expired item material content.

Note:

Material content without an expiry date or with an expiry date in the future, cannot be purged.
You can use the time-based and generation run-based purging methods simultaneously. If both methods are selected, the data must meet both criteria.
If, in the Item Material Content (tcmpr0120m000) session, the Manual check box is selected and the Generation Result Id is zero, the data cannot be purged. This data is used for future generation runs.

Field Information

Material: Select the range of materials for which generation results are purged.
Purge Based on Time: If this check box is selected, purging is time based.
Days to Retain: Counting from the current date, specify the number of days for which data must be retained. All material content with an expiry date that precedes the date determined by the number of days specified, is purged.
Purge Based on Generation Runs: If this check box is selected, purging is generation run based.
Generation Runs to Retain: Specify the number of generation runs for which data must be retained. All material content with an expiry date that precedes the date determined by the number of generation runs specified, is purged.
