Disadvantaged Businesses (tcmcs5100m010)
Use this session to specify codes for disadvantaged businesses.
A disadvantaged business is located in the United States or its trust territories, including Puerto Rico. The business is owned, operated and controlled by minority group members, such as citizens who belong to an ethnic minority, women, and military veterans.
The National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) has standardized procedures to assure consistent and identical review and certification of disadvantaged businesses.
