Inventory Tracking Balancing Run (tcitu4630m000)

Use this session to perform inventory tracking balancing for the ITU. You can use this session continuously to balance inventory related to a selection range. This session includes the run used for inventory tracking balancing.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Inventory Tracking check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Field Information

General

Balancing Run: The unique identification number of the balancing run that is generated when performing the inventory tracking balancing process.
Last Balancing Date: The date and time when the inventory tracking balancing is last performed.
Last Balanced By: The logon code of the user by whom the inventory tracking balancing process is last performed.
Processing Date: The date and time when the inventory tracking balancing orders of the balancing run are processed.
Processed By: The logon code of the user who processed the inventory tracking balancing orders of the balancing run.

Selection Range

: Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of data for which the inventory tracking balancing orders of the balancing run must be processed.

Options

Skip existing Balancing Orders: If this check box is selected, the existing balancing orders with inventory tracking receipts or inventory tracking consumptions are not processed.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Update Mode field is set to Update.
Process Inventory Tracking Balancing Orders: If this check box selected, the created inventory tracking balance orders with inventory tracking receipts, and inventory tracking consumptions are processed automatically.
Note: You can select this check box only if the Create Inventory Tracking Receipts and Create Inventory Tracking Consumptions check boxes are selected.

Print

Process Report: If this check box is selected, the application generates a report of the inventory tracking balancing process.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, the application prints a report with the errors that occurred during the inventory tracking balancing process.
Receipts: If this check box is selected, the application creates the inventory tracking receipts for all the inventory tracking balancing orders that are generated with a positive unbalanced quantity and prints the report of the same.
Consumptions: If this check box is selected, the application creates inventory tracking consumptions for all the inventory tracking balancing orders that are generated with a negative unbalanced quantity and generates a report of the same.
Details: If this check box is selected, the application generates a report with the details of the inventory tracking balancing process performed for the specified range of data.
