End User Statement Exceptions (tcgtc3103m000)

Use this session to create and maintain end user statement exceptions. The exceptions allow you to exclude the specified combination of end user and item from an end user compliance check.

Note:

You can access this session only if:
- The Trade Management check box is selected in theImplemented Software Components (tccom0100s000)session.
- The End User Statements check box is selected in the Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.
You can modify the session only when the status of the EUS is Created, Approved, or Modified.
You can define an exception for a specific End User – Item / Effectivity Unit combination only once.
You cannot add or delete End User Statement Exceptions when the EUS status is Cancelled or Closed.

Field Information

End User Statement ID: The code of the end user statement ID.
Exception Line: The number of End User Statement exception line.
End User: The end user code.
Name
Item: The code of the Item.
Item Description: The description or name of the code.
Effectivity Unit: The effectivity unit code valid for the end user.
Description: The description or name of the code.
