Domestic Outbound Licenses (tcgtc0620m400)

Use this session to view and maintain the domestic sales licenses based on the specified values.

You can filter the data based on the expiry date of the licenses. When you select a filter option, the count of the licenses that are displayed is also listed.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.

Field Information

General

Responsible Employee: The sales representative who is responsible for submitting a quotation for goods to the business partner.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Responsible Employee: The code of the internal sales representative responsible for the license.
Country Set: The user-defined group of countries, for which the license is valid.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Country: The country code valid for the license.
Business Partner Set: The business partner set valid for the license.
Business Partner Set: A user defined group of sold-to business partner linked to the license.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Sold-to Business Partner: The code of the sold-to business partner linked to the license.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Ship-to Business Partner: The ship-to business partner for which the ship-to data is specified.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Ship-to Address: The address of the ship-to business partner, for which the license is valid.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Item: The item code.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Licenses: The domestic sales license identification count.

Note: This is a display field.

Expiry Date

To be approved: The licenses that are yet to be approved.
Approved: The licenses that are approved.
Past Due: The licenses with the expiry date in the past, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Past Due: The total number of licenses for which the expiry date is in the past.
Due Today: The licenses that are due to expire on the current date, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Due Today: The total count of licenses that are due to expire on the current date.
Due 1-7 Days: The licenses that are due to expire in the next seven days, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Due in 1-7 Days: The total count of licenses that are due to expire in the next seven days.
Due Beyond 7 Days: The licenses that are due to expire after seven days, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Due Beyond 1-7 Days: The total count of licenses that are due to expire after a week.
