Import Licenses (tcgtc0620m100)

Use this session to view and filter the import licenses based on the specified values.

You can also filter data based on the expiry date of the licenses. When you select a filter option, the count of the licenses that are displayed is also listed.

Note: When you access this session, the count for each filter is displayed as 0. You must use the Refresh Total option to view the updated counts.

Field Information

Responsible Employee: The code of the buyer.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Responsible Employee: The code of the internal sales representative responsible for the license.
Country Set: A user-defined group of countries.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Country: The country code valid for the license.
Business Partner Set: A user-defined group of sold-to business partners.
Business Partner Set: A user-defined group of business partner set.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Sold-to Business Partner: A user-defined group of buy-from business partners.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Ship-to Business Partner: The code of the ship-from business partner.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Ship-from Address: The address of the ship-from business partner.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Item: The item code.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Licenses: The import license identification count.

To be approved: The licenses that are yet to be approved.
Approved: The licenses that are approved.
Past Due: Indicates that the licenses with the expiry date in the past, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Past Due: The total count of licenses for which the expiry date has passed.
Due Today: Indicates that the licenses that are due to expire on the current date, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Due Today: The total count of licenses that are due to expire on the current date.
Due in 1-7 Days: Indicates that the licenses that are due to expire in the next seven days, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Due in 1-7 Days: The total count of licenses that are due to expire in the next seven days.
Due Beyond 7 Days: Indicates that the licenses that are due to expire after a week, are displayed in the satellite session.
Count of Licenses Due Beyond 1-7 Days: The total count of licenses that are due to expire after a week.
