User Authorizations for Bank Guarantee - Applicant (tcgtc0104m200)

Use this session to setup user authorizations for bank guarantees as an applicant. You can also view the trade types for which the user is authorized.

Note:

You can access this session only if:

The Trade Management check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
The Bank Guarantee - Applicant check box is selected in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Field Information

Profile

Indicates if the defined data is applicable for a user profile or a template.

Login Code

The login code of the user for which user authorizations are defined for the bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Name

The name of the user for which the user authorizations are defined.

Export

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for export bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Export check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Import

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the import bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Import check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Domestic Outbound

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the domestic sales bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Domestic Outbound check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Domestic Inbound

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the domestic purchase bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Domestic Inbound check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Other

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the other bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Other check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.
