User Authorizations for Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary (tcgtc0104m000)

Use this session to define the user authorizations to manage the bank guarantees.

Note:

You can access this session only if:

The Trade Management check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
The Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary check box is selected in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Field Information

Profile

Indicates if the defined data is applicable for a user profile or a template.

Login Code

The login code of the user for which the user authorizations are defined for the bank guarantees.

Name

The name of the user who defines the user authorizations.

Export

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized to modify the export bank guarantees.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Export check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Import

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized to modify the import bank guarantees.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Import check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Domestic Outbound

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized to modify the domestic sales bank guarantees.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Domestic Outbound check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Domestic Inbound

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized to modify the domestic purchase bank guarantees.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Domestic Inbound check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Other

If this check box is selected, the user is authorized to modify the other bank guarantees.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Other check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Beneficiary section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.
