- Site
- The code of the site associated with the received enterprise structure.
- Country (ISO Code)
- The code of the country in which the site is located.
- City Name
- The name of the city in which the site is located.
- Received Enterprise Structure ID
- The unique identification number of the received enterprise structure for which the site details must be defined.
- Description
- The description of the received enterprise structure.
- Management Reporting Level

The management reporting level of the legal entity linked to the received enterprise structure.

- Reporting at lower level as site or business unit is not required.
In this scenario, one enterprise unit exists for a legal entity, which is one financial company, because each legal entity is one financial company. Also, one standard cost by legal entity is defined for an item. This indicates that same standard cost is shared by when multiple business units and/or multiple sites exist within a legal entity.
- Site
- In this case, management reporting level is supported by a site. This indicates that there is one enterprise unit for a site and an one standard cost by site is defined for an item. Therefore, each site has its own standard cost when there are multiple sites within a legal entity.
- Business Unit
- In this case, management reporting level is supported within a legal entity by business unit. This indicates that one enterprise unit by business unit and one standard cost by business unit is defined for an item in a financial company. Therefore, each business unit has its own standard costs when there are multiple business units within a legal entity. But, when there are multiple sites within one business unit, these sites in one business unit share the same standard cost.
- Business Unit by Site
- In this case, management reporting is performed by business unit within a site. This indicates that one enterprise unit and a standard cost by site – business unit combination for an item within a legal entity for each applicable site – business unit combination.
- Differs by Legal Entity
- In this case, the management reporting level can differ for a legal entity.
- Multiple Legal Entities by Site
- If this check box is selected, Infor LN allows you to define multiple legal entities for a site.

- Address Name
- The address of the site associated with the received enterprise structure.
- Address

- ZIP Code/Postal Code
- The ISO code of the country in which the site is located.
- State/Province
- The state or province of the country where the received site is located.
- Street
- The physical address (street name) of this ZIP or postal code. If you are defining the ZIP or postal codes of a range of post office boxes, enter, for example, P. O. Box.
- House Number
- The house number of the received site.
- P.O. Box Number
- The post-office box number of the received site.
- Building
- The identification number of the building associated with the received site.
- Floor
- The floor in the building associated with the received site.
- Unit
- The unit of the building associated with the received site.
