Field Information

File

The name of the file, including the path, that must be imported.

If you select a file by zooming, the file is copied to the directory on the LN server where temporary files are created by the application. This path is also displayed on the screen in the File field. Next, the file is processed on the LN server from this directory.

You can also manually enter a file name that exists on the LN server. In this case, the file can be processed directly and a temporary file need not be created on the LN server by the application.

Note: 

You need not enter the name of the path if the file is present in the directory $BSE/lib/fd ver.pack_combination.

• Ver. refers to a particular release of the software.
• Pack_combination refers to a particular package combination.

Simulation

If this check box is selected, the file is imported without updating the database.

If this check box is cleared, the database is updated with the imported data.

Print Error Report

If this check box is selected, and errors occur while importing the enterprise structure model, an error report is printed.
