Sales Listing Declaration Layout (tccom7101m000)
Use this session to define or adapt the layout of the sales listing XML file or comma-separated (CSV) file.
LN supplies the XML file layout for numerous countries.
To generate the Sales Listing Layout for a country:
- Select a country.
- From the appropriate menu, click the applicable Configure command.
If the layout for your country is unavailable or if you must define the layout of a CSV file, use the command.
Field Information
- Country

The country for which you set up the sales listing.
This country is the home country of the financial company for which you set up the sales listing.
- Sequence Number
-
The generated sequence number.
- Element Type
-
The type of XML element.
- Tag/Attribute Name
-
A name for the element.
- Node Mapping
-
The node to which the element belongs.
If you define the layout for a CSV file, select Not Applicable.
- Field Mapping

The field that matches the element.
- Fixed Value
-
The value of the field.
If LN retrieves the value from the database, you cannot enter a value.
- String Length
-
The number of characters of the field value that must be copied to the declaration file.
- String Start Position

The position of the first character of the field value that must be copied to the declaration file.
For example, if the field matches the business partners' VAT number and the VAT number starts with a two-character country code, to exclude the country code from the element value, enter 3 in this field.
- Remove Spaces

If this check box is selected, LN automatically removes spaces from the postal codes.
If the collection office's requirements for the declaration file include that the postal code does not contain spaces, you can select this check box.
