Intrastat Parameters (tccom7100s000)

Use this session to maintain the parameters for the Intrastat declaration.

You can:

View historical parameter settings.
Modify the current parameter settings.

Note: By default, the Description field contains the date and time when you saved the previous parameters. To avoid confusion, if you change the parameters, change or delete the default Description text.

The requirements for the number of decimals, fractions separator, and rounding method to be applied to the Intrastat data can vary per country. On the Numeric Format tab, you can define the details for the data that is exported to the external Intrastat application.

To transfer your Intrastat declaration as an XML file, you must enter fields on the INSTAT/XML Party Definition tab.

You can maintain Intrastat parameters by country if these parameters are set to In Preparation or Active in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session:

Field Information

Introduction Date

The date and time that the parameters are valid. The parameters are valid up to the effective date of a more recent parameter setting.

Description

The description of the parameter set. For example, you can indicate why you change the parameters.

Company

If the parameters apply to one specific logistic or financial company, enter the company number.

If this field is empty, the parameters apply to all the companies of a multicompany structure.

Declaration

LN displays the financial company, the company's home country, and the VAT number.

Method of Logging Cost/Service Items

The way cost items and service items are handled when you process or print the import/export statistics.

Weight Unit for kg

The unit used for the weight in kilograms on the Intrastat declaration.

Extra Intrastat Info Mandatory

If this check box is selected, you must select an additional statistical information set if you manually enter Intrastat transactions in the Intrastat Transactions (tccom7171m000) session.

Defaults for Business Partner Identification Number when

Empty

The default business partner identification number to be used when the business partner identification number is blank for the partner country.

Note: If the business partner identification number is blank at the time of creating the intrastat records, this value is populated.

Temporary

The default business partner identification number to be used when the business partner identification number is a temporary value or used for information, for the partner country.

Note: If the business partner identification number is temporary at the time of creating the intrastat records, this value is populated.

Empty (Triangular)

The ID that must be used as a business partner identification number if the same is not available in the ship-to country and the ship-to country is different from the business partner tax country.

Last Declaration Number

The latest Intrastat declaration number. This is an ascending number that is used in Italian Intrastat declarations.

Number of Decimals

The number of decimals required for the invoice values on the Intrastat declaration.

Fraction Separator

The fraction separator to be used for the invoice values on the Intrastat declaration.

Rounding Method

The Rounding Method to be applied to the invoice values on the Intrastat declaration.

Number of Decimals

The number of decimals required for the supplementary unit quantity on the Intrastat declaration.

Fraction Separator

The fraction separator to be used for the supplementary unit quantity on the Intrastat declaration.

Rounding Method

The Rounding Method to be applied to the supplementary unit quantity on the Intrastat declaration.

Number of Decimals

The number of decimals required for the weight on the Intrastat declaration.

Fraction Separator

The fraction separator to be used for the weight on the Intrastat declaration.

Rounding Method
