Mailing (tccom6600m400)

Use this session to view and maintain mailings that are generated in the Mail Merge by Standard Letter (tdsmi2410m000) session.

Tabs

The lines on the tabs refer to these sessions:

Notes
Refers to the Notes (tcstl1550m000) session. On this tab, you can view, enter, and maintain the notes that are linked to the mailing. If you double-click a line or enter a new note on this tab, the Note (tcstl1650m000) session is started.
References
Refers to the References by Activity (tccom6115m000) session. On this tab, you can view and specify reference information for a mailing.
Additional Attributes
Refers to the Attributes by Activity (tdsmi2101m000) session. On this tab, you can add attributes to the mailing.

Note: To generate mailings in this session, the Log Mailing as Activity check box must be selected in the Mail Merge by Standard Letter (tdsmi2410m000) session.

Subject

A short description of the mailing.

Information

The text in the mailing.

Contact

The contact for whom the mailing is generated.

Business Partner

The business partner for whom the mailing is generated.

Phase

The phase in the sales process for which the mailing is generated.

Linked Activity

The activity for which the mailing is generated.

Activity Template

The activity template based on which the mailing is generated.

Note: You can use the activity template for selection purposes later on and execute a follow-up.

The user who created the mailing.

Creation Date

The date on which the mailing is created.

Last Modified by

The user who last modified the mailing.

Last Modification Date

The last date on which the mailing is modified.

Series

The series used for the mailing.

Default value

The Series for Mailings from the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.
