Invoice-to Business Partners (tccom4512m000)
Use this session to view invoice-to business partners, which you can enter or maintain in the Invoice-to Business Partner (tccom4112s000) details session.
When you double-click a record, or click the New button, the Invoice-to Business Partner (tccom4112s000) session is started.
This session can be displayed in different views. When you change the view, LN changes the session's title bar, column sequence, and the number of view fields. If you click Sort by on the menu, you can choose to sort the invoice-to business partners by:

- Search Key, Business Partner, Department
- Address, Business Partner, Department

The department that is linked to the business-partner role. The business partner's financial data for the role is registered in the financial company to which the department is linked.

- Active

If the business partner (role) status is Active, you can use the business partner for business transactions. You must define the period for which the business partner is Active. If the period is expired, the actual status of the business partner becomes Inactive, and you cannot use the business partner anymore.
- Inactive

If the business partner (role) status is Inactive, you cannot use the business partner for business transactions.
- Doubtful

If the business partner (role) status is Doubtful, the order can be blocked, depending on the selection of the various blocking parameters in the Sales Parameters (tdsls0100s000) session.

The code of the city in which the business partner is established.
- Country

The country in which the invoice-to business partner is established.
- Phone Number

The invoice-to business partner's telephone number.
- Search Key

The search key to find the business partner.
LN automatically fills this field with the first 16 positions of the business partner's name. The letters are converted into capitals.

You can block the sales orders procedure if you select the Block if Invoice is Overdue check box in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session.
