Easy Entry Business Partner (tccom4201m000)

Use this session to define a business partner using a set of default details.

You can select a set of default details from the Business Partner Defaults (tccom4101m000) session.

Note: If this session is accessed from the Enterprise Units (tcemm0130m000) or Enterprise Unit (tcemm0630m000) sessions to create an internal business partner for the selected enterprise unit:

The value in the Name field is defaulted with the Description of the enterprise unit.
The Business Partner Default Groupfield is defaulted with the value in the Internal Business Partner Default Groupfield of the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.
The Address Code field is defaulted from the financial company or from the site when a site is specified on the enterprise unit.
The Tax Number field is defaulted from the financial company for the country of the address.
The business partner is created for which the Internal Business Partnercheck box selected in the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session.

Note: After creation, the business partner is displayed in the Business Partners (tccom4500m000) session.

Field Information

Business Partner

The series used to generate the business partner.

Default value

The Series for Business Partners from the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.

Name

The business partner's name.

Business Partner Default Group

The code of the business partner default group that is used to create the business partner.

Note: This field is displayed and is mandatory only if the Extended Business Partner Defaulting check box is selected in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.

Business Partner Defaults

The number that identifies the set of default details.

You can select a set of default details from the Business Partner Defaults (tccom4101m000) session.

The Business Partner Role of the set of default details must contain the Business Partner Role you select for the business partner.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Extended Business Partner Defaulting check box is cleared in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.

Business Partner Role

The relationship between you and the business partner.

LN can create business partner data that corresponds with the selected business partner role. If you select No roles, LN only creates the business partner master details.

Create Roles

Business Partner: If this check box is selected, business partner data is created for this business partner role.

Note: The roles data of the business partner is defaulted from the roles selected for the Business Partner Default Group.

Address

Address Code: The business partner's address.
Name: The address name.
Country: The country of the address.
ZIP Code/Postal Code: The ZIP code or postal code of the address.
State/Province: The state or province of the address.
City: The city of the address.
Street: The postal address.
House Number: The house number of the address of the business partner.

Note: This field is enabled only if the P.O. Box Number field is blank.
P.O. Box Number: The post-office box number associated with the address of the business partner.
Note: This field is enabled only if the House Number field is blank.
Building: The identification number of the building associated with the business partner.
Floor: The floor number of the business partner in the building.
Unit: The unit in the building.

Tax Number

Tax Number: The business partner's tax number.

Contact

Contact: The business partner's contact.
Full Name: The contact's full name.
